We used to love this place, last two take out orders were incomplete. Paid for food that was NOT provided. I called the female owner (seen her a dozen times) a week ago and explained that I did not get my fried rice and wife’s chicken dish had zero chicken for the second time in a row. She promised to make it right next time and apologized. Great we love this place so see you next time. Well we went there tonight and asked that we receive the fried rice and chicken promised a week ago along with our new order. The owners were more interested in arguing than cooking. All excuses and accusations! Now we are liars and trying to cheat them out of a pint of rice and a few pieces of chicken!! I have spent so much money at this place, never again!! Be careful, check your order and get everything in writing because promises made are not kept. I am extremely disappointed, we need a new Chinese restaurant. My wife and I recently decided to try their chicken lo mein meal, which came with fried rice and an egg roll, and we were blown away by the quality and flavor. terrible customer service. multiple orders placed, and they were all wrong. called to try and get our correct order, and the lady who picked up the phone was VERY rude. was screaming over the phone and refused to refund a measly $12, when the order was completely incorrect, and even asked to bring back the wrong order. why would we have to return the food? to serve to other customers? this is not the way to run a business, and they have lost SEVERAL customers who order there frequently. take your business elsewhere, they clearly do not care about you or the business you...
