One of the worst experiences. I met the owner at a Mount Dora fair last weekend. She explained the whole process and encouraged me to bring clothes in and said they have trouble getting men’s clothing. I go to the store later in the week only to find out that you have to drop everything off without knowing what they are willing to pay you for your clothes. I left 15 nice button down shirts and two sports jackets. They texted me two days later an absurdly low amount. I was not looking for a lot but what they offered was ridiculous. This place is garbage. They quote you 3-4 days on a turn around when platos is only an hour then had the audacity to offer you $39 on 19 items. What a joke and based not only on the other 3 people picking up their tubs at the same time but the girl walking out of public nonetheless expresses the same frustration with trying to re sell here , only confirms that I will not promote or ever go back into this establishment. Walked in and was amazed at how big and neat this place was. It’s definitely not your average thrift store.
