First off, I would like the opportunity to thank Gamestop for allowing those who have tons of Skylanders from previous games to trade them in for cash or credit, but most importantly the opportunity to show my son that by taking the things that we already have, and selling them, we can earn things that we want. He has been wanting the new Trap Team since he seen the first flier, but I am not in a position to buy it this year. He was able to take 50 of his skylanders in and trade them for the Trap Team starter pack. So thank you for that, Gamestop. Usually we don't go into this one, my husband likes going further away from post. But it was Veteran's day, my family was picking their bums as usual getting out of the house, and we made it to Gamestop with these 50+ Skylanders 20 minutes before closing. Went to return a PS4 today and felt like I was rushed out of the store. Bald headed guy with glasses was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. I had a few questions he just blew off and then was told if I planned on getting something he’d appreciate it if I would go ahead and grab it so we could do the transaction all at once. I said sure no problem. Looked at their extremely small selection and decided I would just take it as Xbox Live Credit. I’ve been to GS numerous times and done this where they just put the amount on a code on the receipt and you’re good to go. When I said I would do that he practically threw my money and gift card at me and was like well I’ve got it on here just do it whenever you’d like. It seems like they get reject or misprint items for the licensed merch. The employees are always having a personal conversation that involves complaining about customers asking dumb questions while customers are in the store XD. My husband has come home complaining twice that they asked him 4-5 upselling questions just to buy a brand new game. I said we'll buy them from Walmart or Amazon from now on. A new employee gave him an honest review of a game that had a major flaw, so he didn't buy it, but got another one that was a few dollars cheaper.
