Starbucks — Restaurant in Louisiana

The ladies at Starbucks that worked the afternoon shift on Oct 12 around 3pm were rude. As I was placing my order they were discussing their pay and how they need to be paid better and don't need medical benefits because they have tricare. As a customer I did not appreciate the side conversation as the lady placing my order interrupts me to side comment and say, "If it wasn't for you guys I would be here," once she said that I forgot to ask for Oatmilk and realized it when the barista was creating my drink. Once I said that it was an issue and she made me walk up to the counter to pay the 70 cent difference then said on nevermind just next time you need to tell us when you are ordering. I am making this compliant because these woman got to comfortable and lost their professional customer...

Worst store ever been, today I ordered a mocha frappe with no weap cream and waited for almost 20 mins, all the costumers got thier orders even they were been there after me, no one even asked why I'm waiting, then I told her did you forgot about my order she said the other girl supposed to do it but she left the cop over here! She did it but she brought it with weap cream while I asked with no weap cream! Then she started making another one but she was doing it so slow so i said I don't want it anymore I don't want spend one hour here for one mocha frappe, we asked for a refund they never even said sorry about that. I'm stopping going to any Starbucks ever not only this one because I guess they don't trains employees...

Today I went in I always go once in a while and I understand that there’s always new people that are hired but today I had ordered and they served a whole line while I was waiting for my order with my toddler and I went back to ask if they forgot about my order and then they sai they only had one so I got frustrated and I wanted my refund because I was going to wait another 15 minutes and they didn’t have the complete order and then the employee had the audacity to say oh she just doesn’t anymore ummm no ! Bad customer service and then you want to put it on me to blame? When you didn’t complete my order??Never ordering from there again took 25 minutes to walk out with nothing and couldn’t even get my refund...
