I used to love this place. Went during lunch yesterday and stood in line for 15 minutes while I only saw 2 sandwiches be made. I would have to stand there for an hour with 5 people in front of me, not possible on a 30 min lunch break. You can do better. Hire more cooks. Properly train them. Expedite the checkout process. And stop doing Door Dash orders if you can’t even get food to the people standing in line in a timely manner. Food is good, but customer service is less than great. I first asked for a cup for water and then was rudely told by the women cooking that they weren't allowed but panda could. Then she tells me, "we don't have any lettuce, all we have are pickles" in a very condescending tone.
