I left in my ring to have a small cubic zirconium diamond be replaced on the side of the ring. Fred Meyer indicated it would be ready in three weeks and it would cost $55. The ring is originally worth only around $150, and is a keepsake. They left me a voice message three weeks later saying I could come pick it up. When I arrived to pick it up, they gave me my ring in a bag and I pulled it out before paying the $55 to see nothing had been done to my ring and the cubic zirconium wasnât replaced. They were confused what had happened, and no one knew why it wasnât done. I showed them the message on my voicemail and they were still confused, saying it was the fault of the person who left the message. They said they could get in done in a few more weeks but theyâd charge me $129 now instead for service over the holiday. I was extremely surprised by what was happening and said I was not going to pay more than double what they estimated especially given the entire ring is worth around what they were saying now to just replace a tiny cubic zirconium, and they didnât complete the work, nor checked to see if it was done before calling me to pick it up. They didnât attempt to fix the situation and kept blaming the associate who estimated the number before saying she was old and didnât know what she was doing and blamed whoever had called me and left a voicemail for not checking instead of trying to find a solution. This was extremely poor customer service and I will never go to this place again. Iâm taking my ring somewhere else that actually performs the work they agreed to, said they completed instead of blaming others for their mistakes and trying to charge double. This store is not...
Read moreI went in to look at a Citizen watch I had seen online. They said they could order it in and wrote down the SKU. They told me it would be 1-2 weeks to get in.
2 weeks later they called and said my watch was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the watch it was the wrong SKU (silver instead of grey). I took it back, and they said they would get the right one.
A couple days later they called and said that Citizen told them the SKU I ordered isn't available. They then told me they don't do refunds, and I could pick a different color instead.
I picked a different color and they said they would get it ordered.
Next day, they call and say the blue dial is $100 more than what I already paid. What?
Even though Citizen told them that original SKU doesn't exist, they just ordered a different color and thought "eh, close enough" instead of calling first. Then their first response was "No refunds". Refund what? The thing I didn't get anyway?
After asking for my money back 5 times, they finally gave me my money back.
Overall a poor experience, and a waste of my time. If you're looking for a watch go elsewhere. They don't know what...
Read moreBeware. That "shauna" lady doesn't deserve good praise. She has the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. And I never complain. I'm not sure who hired her or is keeping her around but it's a big mistake from what I see.... She will only be nice if you're her friend or ready to spend money towards a sale that her name is on... Not only have I seen her be rude to customers while I was in the store, I've had my own terrible experiences w/ her. My fiancé and I used to go see another girl who no longer works there (she was fabulous) but have had to deal with the others since she hasn't been there. Every time we end up with Shauna, all I want to do is walk out. She is disrespectful, judgmental, condescending and probably a lot more but you get the picture... If you go here, fine. Just avoid the b*tchy assistant manager. there's obviously a reason she's in her 50's and doesn't have a better job. because she couldn't get one anywhere else...
