The ONLY reason I put a 1 star is because I can't choose 0. Literally the worst service and the most unprofessional staff. Over a month ago I called in an order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, they didn't have my order in their system. I ended up waiting which was okay until I saw what the staff was doing the whole time. A bunch of teenagers had their phones out snap chatting and eating pizza. It took them ten minutes to get my ONE salad out. I called the manager afterwards and spoke to them about talking to the crew in the back about not eating where they are prepping food, and especially not having their cell phones out where customers can see. The manager offered two free meals the next time I called in. Well, I called in to place an order today and the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about, and then continued on calling me a lier because other people have lied before just to get free food, which I get, however I am not that type of person. Apparently there is a 1 month rule..? The manager I spoke with didn't tell me that I had 1 month to use my meals. Had the manager I spoke with the first time told me I had a month to use it, I would have, simple as that. I don't eat out often, so when I do I look for a good experience. The lady I spoke to on the phone was one of the RUDEST people I have ever spoke to in any type of setting like this. Started out saying I don't see your name, continued on saying that people lie about stuff like this for free meal (which again, I get), but then doesn't believe me. I mean 2/2 times I have been there, I have been treated like dirt. I truly don't believe in cheating the system, I just want quality service. I will be taking my service elsewhere next time we eat out, which is a bummer because we live so close. Hopefully someone will get the staff motivated to work hard and treat...
Read moreThe quality of the food here was just as good as any other Costa Vida but the service was not great. Not bad enough for 1 start but pretty bad.
I understand that right now there are a lot of retail stores nationwide that are understaffed and that will slow things down. If that is the case, when I order online then tell me it will take a little while. If you tell me it takes 15 minutes for my order to be ready but it is actually going to take 25 or 30, then I'm not going to be happy. If I had been initially told that it would take 25 or 30 minutes then I would be fine with that. I showed up to pick up my online order 5 minutes late and then still had to wait 5 or 10 minutes to get my food. Again, if I am told one thing and receive another it's an issue. Just tell me that my food will take longer and I'll accept that.
The second issue that happened on this same trip, is that they did not give me the extra lettuce I ordered with my burrito and then they were difficult in correcting their mistake on my order. When I double checked that I got the correct order I only had the usual amount of lettuce. I went back to the pickup counter and mentioned that I didn't get the extra lettuce I ordered and then politely asked if I could get the extra lettuce. The employee responded by studying my food for 15-20 seconds before responding with, "There's a tiny bit more than normal." I was shocked. It takes a special kind of apathy/idiocy to state that and not realize what it means. I ordered extra lettuce and I didn't get it. The employee apparently wasn't going to give it to me. I did eventually get the extra lettuce after demanding it but the employee that was helping me just the container with the extra lettuce in my bag and said nothing to...
Read moreI went in today and got the deal which is a chicken quesadilla, cinnamon and a drink. As I was going down the line the next employee asked if I wanted rice and beans, so naturally I answered and said yes. When I went to pay the employee gave me the total and ut was not the deal so I kindly asked if this as the deal for the day and she said yes but not with rice and beans. I then said that I told the employee at the front I wanted the deal so then there should have been an indicator to let the next employee know that it's the daily deal and to not ask if I wanted rice and beans. The employee looked at me as if I had made the mistake and continued to say; if you get rice and beans it's not the deal. She didn't even apologize and say let's get that taken care of so I could have what I ordered and what I was expecting to pay. As a customer, I may not see the fine print or I am busy while trying to order with my kids and other distractions. The meal ended being about 4 more dollars because I had to pay for the drink that was supposed to be with the deal. I would ask that each employee know what goes with what or they pass the info to the next employee so that when you get up to the register, it's not a...
