I have always enjoyed eating here, but what I witnessed today to a family I will no longer go here. The guy ordered a sandwich four times before the girl understood him. He just wanted extra mushrooms, I heard him. They all got combo's. The girl was just not listening and did us the same way actually, as we were right behind them. The family said a prayer, the guy started laughing as they gave him the tray. He only had two mushroom slices when they brought the food out. (That he had to pay extra for) He went up and asked about the two mushrooms. The cook was chewing him out very loudly waving is hands. Everyone in the place was looking at this cook yelling. The guy came back with no sandwich. They kept it. He had asked for more than two mushroom slices, they said no. He asked for his money back. It was so awkward as a customer even staying in there. I felt so bad for the family. Everyone in there was feeling their pain. Very poor customer service. Too bad because the sandwiches are great, you just can't treat a family like that, yelling at him so as to make us all uncomfortable. I saw everyone pat him on the back as they left. We smiled and said to him we would not be back.
6/30/18 This is absolutely what I witnessed several days ago. If you have surveillance, you might want to go back to the middle of December 2017 (not sure of the date, but I could look it up) when I fell in your store. I was bleeding everywhere, not one employee offered to help my family help me. I had stitches at my doctors office. I could not use my right hand for three months. We did not stay, nor eat. Read moreUpdate: I don't know if it's labor issues or something else, but the quality of service has bottomed out (food still really good). Recently went through the drive-through and there was some confusion about the order, when the food was handed over I asked if x,y, and z were included, the blonde girl glared at me, yelled "Yes!" and closed the window fast. They had charged me the extra but neglected to include the food. This isn't the 1st time; previously, I brushed it off like they were just busy or short staffed.
If I am the problem, perhaps it's best if I don't return as to not upset the staff. If I'm not the problem, it's still best if I don't return. I don't think we're going back.
I really hope your experience is better than my last 3.

But my daughter always got a kids grilled cheese which was always on sourdough bread. And she liked it but one day on of the workers recommended she try it on a hoagie roll so she tried it and absolutely loved it and it’s been her favorite grilled cheese for over a year and we go almost weekly. But recently we’ve had to fight them on making it that way and we always get them to do it. But today the man who owns it told us they don’t do that anymore and will not so we left.
