Red #8 stands out for it’s Asian cuisine in Utah County. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was nothing short of delightful.
The orange chicken and broccoli beef were bursting with flavor, leaving a lingering craving for more. The ham fried rice satisfied every palate at the table.
The appetizers were a revelation. The crispy potstickers, paired with their delectable sauce, were simply divine, while the wontons added a delightful crunch to our meal.
My favorite though, the egg drop soup emerged as a comforting elixir, promising solace to weary souls. Its rich flavors and soothing warmth were a testament to the chef's mastery.
Yet, it wasn't just the food that left us spellbound. The service was exemplary, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was met promptly and courteously.
In conclusion, Red #8 earns a well-deserved 5/5 rating for its impeccable fusion of flavor, impeccable service, and warm ambiance. Whether seeking a culinary adventure or a comforting meal, Red #8 delivers an unforgettable experience that will keep patrons coming...
Read moreI should start by saying I begin my reviews at three stars when I walk into a restaurant. So anything above three is good. I really liked Red8. The staff was fantastic. They were nice, friendly, helpful, prompt, and very attentive. The menu here is large and has much variety too choose from. My wife and I went here for lunch. She had sesame chicken, with ham fried rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. I had sunonomo salad, the signature Lehi sushi roll, a Vegas roll, and a California roll. The sesame chicken was very good, but the sauce wasn't as good as another place I enjoy. The California roll was excellent. I asked for a thin slice of lemon on top and they obliged, no problem. The Lehi roll was also excellent. The Vegas roll wasn't as good as most others I've had, but it wasn't bad either. The cucumber salad was good. Overall, everything was good and I would certainly go back; however, nothing was better than other places I frequent.
Nothing should keep you from trying this restaurant. It...
Read morePerhaps I came on off day for the chefs.. I ordered to go and as soon as it was ready I left and drove less than 5 minutes down the road to my home to eat. The sushi was very dry and was lacking in flavor and the rice was dry as well and like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pan or something. I wanted to try this place because of their good reviews but my takeout order was not satisfying at all like the order was just stale and musky tasting. I think I'll give them one more try and I'll go sit down and order for dine in and see if the fish sushi is any fresher.. But if it's the same when I dine in then this place is not good it's cheap for cheap sushi people maybe I'm just used to fresher quality sushi with a higher price tag. Idk. But I've had more satisfying sushi from a Smith's grocery store or something. And that's not a good thing. I'd say my experience tonight compared to some of that weird sushi you get at the...
