Not even a year later, less than 5k miles and my stereo head unit has already fallen out and needed to be reinstalled, and now the base speaker attached to the back wall of my truck rattles like loose pieces are in there indicating screws haven't been able to handle the vibration of my music. This guy Ben is cocky, overpriced and has no clue what he's doing. It sucks to drive your truck once a month when you're in the mood and have issues with the brand new, professional installation from the start. My DIYs in the 90s were better than this.
Edited to add: Ben was aware of the issues with the head unit falling out and said "oh, maybe I should of used a metal insert instead of plastic ". Maybe after charging people TOP dollar you should use good equipment from the start. This guys makes excuses and does shotty installations. Just know if you need warranty work you'll lose your vehicle for an entire day, because Ben can't afford to hire anyone to answer his phones. He'd rather inconvenience the customer when they need to return numerous times within 8 months for warranty.
Here's a tip Ben, maybe do a correct installation from the very beginning so you don't have to drag your customers back and make them drop off their vehicles for an entire day for a repair that you messed up from the beginning.

I went In had not purchased speakers in a very long time as I had just bought a new car. Wasn't sure where to start or what was "in" anymore. Bob was very helpful in guiding me threw the whole process again. Even showing me the back where my car would be worked on and showing me that they take thing very serious with there work! I was amazed! He also listened to my "type" of music in my car as we had discussed certain things to understand what I was looking for and wanting in my car. Took the time to listen and even showed off some cars that they had just finished up. I ended up getting a sysytem in my car which is hf done only becuz i wanted to wait till i paid off the credit card that i had got threw them in order to help my budgeting with the money. Which was also great that I am able to get a credit card threw them make payments and not feel like I over did myself with money .lol. They are a lil pricey but if u want awesome products and top of the line with NO b.s. and helpful ..friendly service in anything then I highly recommend going here !!!! I was very pleased with the work done on my other vehicles so I knew this is where I was going when I was ready for work on my Subaru. I have trust in the staff and the quality of the products/installion that I receive when I take my vehicles to Mobile Edge. They are always willing to take the time to answer all my questions. They help me select the products I am interested in and have never pushed any other products on me to make an extra buck.
I stopped in a few weeks ago to see what products were currently available. I had the opportunity to talk with Ben. He assisted me in selecting the appropriate tint and remote starter for my Subaru and then helped me book my appointment. It was a pleasure to work with him.
