Horrible management! Manager is extremely rude! I believe his name is Dani. I ordered a pair of shoes since jan. 23rd for my boyfriend because i wanted to make sure they would arrive by feb.14th (valentines day). Only to find out he placed the order until jan. 29th. On top of that they would NEVER call me to keep me updated on the status of my order. I would ALWAYS have to be the one calling them to see what was happening. I had to literally call them every day or else they wouldn't call me. First they told me it would only take one week, then they said next Tuesday, then next Thursday, then a whole month passed and nothing. And plus the manager himself asked me to please call them in the morning to REMIND THEM to go check on my order at the warehouse. I had to be the one reminding them to do their job. Anyways, a week before valentines day i went to the store and he told me that there had been a problem and that they had sent the wrong shoe style. I was so mad i just asked for my money back and he said "if you do decided that you do want them after all, they'll be here by next week for sure". So i left. I tried to find my boyfriend another gift but had no luck so i decided to GIVE THEM A TRY ONE LAST TIME. I went to the store and asked for the shoes and they said that they were still at the warehouse. They said they would give me a call the next day to let me know when i could pick them up and until now i still haven't received that call. NEVER BUYING...

Do not bring your bike your electric scooter or electric bike. Because why the guy is so rude and hateful. He has no life and he has no future. Just do not bring your stuff here, bad service. I'm not joking.Couldn't believe how rude this guys was Idk if he was the owner to this business or what. but he was incredibly RUDE! Really want to figure out what was his issues I mean I understand everyone has bad days but WOW! He really left me in shock. If you do happen to read this, just remember there's people out there that have it really bad and you don't have to take it out on people that are trying to be nice to you.Do not come here has bad service and bad attitude.

I love this place I shop here for my son and recently they had a certain pair of pants for my nephew I was picking up but they didn't have it at the store they had it at the Santee store so I spoke to Danny one of the owners at the store so he called the store in Santee and ask them to deliver the pants to the lemon Grove store because I was unable to pick them up one of the workers there by the name of Jenny that works at the lemon Grove store offered to pick them up and she had them there with in a couple of hours I want to thank Danny and Jenny for being so HELPFUL ! they knew I was picking these pants up for a funeral for one of the pallbearers . My family shops there all the time because of there style of clothing that they have which you can't find hardly...
