I was a walk in. They fit me in right away with a really sweet lady. She took her time and was doing a really great job and I planned on giving her a great tip. About 10 minutes into my manicure, the owner stood behind her and acted impatient. He asked if I wouldn't mind him finishing. I told him that was ok. He brought me to the front where he complained about how slow she is and that he couldn't watch her working so slow anymore. I told him she was doing a great job. He said he didn't care and that she had an appointment to take. I'm really not sure why he couldnt have taken that appointment instead of interrupting a really great manicure and letting her finish. He haphazardly finished my nails and treated me like part of his assembly line. Many times he was interrupted by customers and the phone ringing. I told him I'd pay more for someone who would take their time. He didnt seem to care about that comment or my preferences at all. I finally told him how he treats his employees would be a huge reason for me to come back or not because "I wouldn't want to support a place where the boss is a jerk." He had nothing to say. Told to pick a color and then to go to the back where I stood waiting to figure out where to go next since the walk in customer was being given all the attention. I was seated and then waited with my feet soaking in hot water. Just plain old hot water, no bubbles or anything. About 10 minutes later someone came over and started the pedicure, barely spoke to me and didn’t even offer the pedicure menu. I only knew of the menu because it was offered to the walk in customer who was being treated very much like an actual person. She completed the bare bones of a pedicure and said to sit and let my toes dry for a while. Once I figured they were dry I paid cash and left. Read moreI originally read the reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try. However, three times I "walked-in" and three times I was treated like "How dare you just walk-in." Today, I did look on the website and saw that this particular time was NOT busy so I took my third chance as a walk-in. I was told to come back for the third time but as the times before, never given a time to come back or explained that they would "prefer" appointments.
