Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Illinois

After putting in an order, and arriving shortly after 10:30am I observed the young man coming out to lock door. I asked are you guys closing, and he responded yes, but I told him I just put in an order. He then responded he canceled the order because the systems were down, and that he doesn't have enough to make the personal pizza I placed an order for.... How are your systems down but you're canceling my order🤔🤔 And not to mention money already came off my card, which also leaves the question how are your systems down but you saw my order come thru. Also, why are you saying you don't have enough time too cook the pizza? You're at work, all you have is time. That being said not one apology, just attitude the whole time. Not surprising though considering the younger generation and it being pizza hut, which I never go to, and definitely will not...

I placed an order at 10:30pm because their website said they were open until midnight. My text/email was not getting any updates based on my order other than it was being made. I called the number for the store and spoke to 3 reps who told me it was being delivered and offered to transfer me to the store to speak to them. No one at the store ever answered. I saw my account was refunded on its own, but why would I repeatedly be told my pizza was on the way? Not pleased at all. I will never order from here. Very...

Good food is always, but the sides of sauce are always 1/4 full. So finally I went to ask for them to be filled. The staff seem to think the 4oz on the bottom of the plastic cup meant 1/4 full. I didn't really get the thinking behind it. But it took 4 of the cups to fill one. If you're going to buy extra sauce, be sure you check it is filled all the way. It's a lot for a small cup. Getting it a quarter full isn't right. Otherwise, everything...
