This shop either chose the upsell rather than my business, or isn't comfortable working with Dysons.

For context: the left brush on my Dyson stopped working. I did some research and work on my own. I was able to verify exactly what the problem was and how to fix it, but decided it was probably beyond my skillset, so a week ago I called this shop to receive an estimate as advertised on the website. I was told this problem cannot be fixed and was told I would need to buy an entire replacement motor. Instead, my wife ordered the part we needed for $30. It arrived this morning, she fixed it in less than an hour.

This place is in the back of many locals' minds — driving by its vacuum cleaner-festooned storefront across from the Lemoyne P.O. Well, recently I made the choice between yet another new vacuum cleaner and rehabilitating my attachment-laden Kenmore machine. Was I ever happy with my decision!
