Immediately responded to my needs in a professional and yet friendly manner. Barbara manages effectively and she is always on top of what the insurance covers, communicating as often as needed as you come in or go out, following up with texts and email. The atmosphere is so friendly and fun. All the staff get along and you feel like you are among friends, which is the way it becomes as you progress your way back to (or actually better than) before. The staff is so knowledgeable about injuries so much more than I anticipated. You know they are all highly educated and smart. I learned so much and rather than simply work to relieve my pain for the present they worked to give me the strength in my core to prevent further injury. I am 73 and probably in better shape than I have been in ages. I am grateful for their hard work, and great record keeping to document what I do each time. There is a progressive plan for every individual and regardless who you work with, they can each log into your plan and know exactly what to do. I have been a client at the Lenexa clinic for several months. I went in for relief from back, hip, and knee pain after several joint replacement surgeries. At the clinic, I was under the care of Jeff Hubka, DPT, OCS. I found Jeff to be personable, competent, and very focused on my situation and in finding a solution to help me improve my walking, bending and core strengths. Jeff meticulously prepared a regimen for me to go through each visit, varying the specifics based on my home PT progress as well as my current status. At this time, I am significantly more pliable, stronger, and more capable of performing the tasks and routines I need to be competent at to perform my duties as a full-time delivery driver, not to mention play golf on a regular basis...I am a 77-year old male, and Jeff has helped give me a new outlook on my day-to-day well-being. I am glad to recommend this clinic and specifically the benefit of Jeff as the physical therapist. I went to athletico in Lenexa and worked with Jamie, and Jeff. Jamie was my main therapist and he was great. I knew I never was going to get back to 100%, but I'm as close as I could get to. They did a great job I feel a lot better than I did when I arrived at their facility. What they couldn't take care of wasn't their fault it's just the way it is. I would definitely recommend going here if you need some type of help with your body to get it back to tip top shape or as close to tip top shape as you can. All the trainers are great. Amy's another one very good and I didn't get to work much with her but I see her with her clients and she does a great job with them. Barbara is the office manager and she's wonderful she does a great job with scheduling and helping you navigate the system. She was very helpful with scheduling. Helping me fit it into what my week was like on a regular basis.
