Yes, yes, yes! Do not walk, run here! I love bubble milk tea, and I was ecstatic to see they just opened one close to where I live. Let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I am, this may be my favorite boba so far, and better than similar shops in the metro KC area... Not to mention reasonable prices, and they are family owned and operated!

I ordered the coconut, caramel, and blueberry milk tea with original boba pearls. All of them were so delicious, and have a true southeast Asian style. (Note: This means you can do a lot of customization with ice/sweetness levels, a regular milk tea tends to be pretty sweet with lots of ice, so if you prefer a lighter taste, go for a 50% sweetness level with light ice! If you have any questions, the staff answered all of mine and were so friendly)
