I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the nightshift pharmacist and pharmacy technician during my recent visit. Before I even had the chance to speak, both individuals displayed an unwelcoming attitude, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. When I attempted to ask questions about my medication, they were dismissive and seemed to lack any tolerance for addressing concerns or providing clarification. This kind of response is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the level of care I expected to receive. In my opinion, customer service is a critical aspect of any healthcare profession, and their demeanor suggests they may not be suited for this line of work. Patients deserve compassion, patience, and respect, especially when seeking guidance on something as important as their medications. I hope you will address this issue to ensure future interactions at your pharmacy are more respectful and professional.

Read moreThis is the second time we were denied picking up medication. The first happened a year ago when a pharmacist said they wouldn’t fill it because they second guessed the doctors dosing on the prescription. I hadn’t seen that person again so I thought the issue was solved.
This time, 4/16/24 a different male pharmacist denied filling our prescription because the psychiatrist offered Telehealth. He claimed it was a state law that you could only be prescribed certain medications from seeing a doctor physically every time.
This was a lie! Why lie about state laws or if it is company policy, just say that and direct me to the legal doc.
We switched pharmacies that day because this medication is literally life saving. No problem at a different pharmacy.

Their was a lady stealing product my son told me n we watched her and told the employee and he said there's nothing we can do about it and the lady walked out with quite a few things. I told her the thieving lady that it was wrong for her to do that m she should return all they stuff to the store and she just kept walking. I would think Walgreens would have some kind of thief deterrent....
