After leaving a 5-star review only 4 months ago, I must now change it to 1-star. Iâve been a faithful customer at this location for years, but the experience I had this week changes everything! The mail clerk with the white hair and beard was incredibly rude. I was shocked because the staff is usually very friendly and helpful - not so with his man. He took my package and never answered my question. He handed me a tracking number and said, âHave a nice day, mam.â I repeated my question, and he repeated his dismissive statement without eye contact or inflection in his voice. As I walked away, I heard him loudly state some kind of Biblical phrase using the word âfleshâ. I turned around and asked him what he had just said to me and he repeated âhave a nice day mamâ with zero sincerity. FYI- it wasnât busy in the store and there was no waiting line. I phoned the manager who said he would âspeak to this employeeâ. I will NEVER allow myself to be waited on by this person again. Both Staples and the chair original manufacturer (Boss Office Products) refused to do any kind of repair or replacement on the chair. This literally got to the point where it was becoming a waste of time going back and forth with BOSS and arguing over a $65 chair that I threw it in the trash and ordered a replacement from Amazon.
