Great selection of products, even greater customer service! Went right around Christmas time and even tho they were very busy, I still felt that they were taking time to address my specific needs and questions and at the same time, didn't make me feel rushed or pressured into buying something I wasn't happy with. (Common feeling I get at stores of this kind, but not at this location, not this store) Each customer that came in and needed assistance was given the same individual attention, patience and knowledge they needed from an employee. I felt very well taken care of from the moment I walked thru the door to the moment I left. The store was also clean and organized with a bunch of fun stuff to look at...Once again tho, the best part that I just can't stress enough was the sincerely joyful, positive, knowledgeable, happy, caring staff. My only concern is that as a store their needs to be a better way to bag customers goods. My folk’s came in this morning, they asked me to bring in the goods. As I was the paper bag just ripped open, everything went everywhere. Luckily we have a garage that nothing got wet but as a store you need to think of those situations (fortunately my folk’s glass Christmas Snow Globe did not break because it was in a box). Furthermore, my folk’s bought a glass Christmas Bulb as a gift, luckily it did not break but if as a store you have another customer has glass items you should be wrapping those up thoroughly. Went here recently, nice store well lit. Got to use a few coupons and got a few Thanksgiving cards , the staff are OK. Not overall friendly. But it's a very big large store . Nice place to go shopping in this plaza . You have Micheal's and Ocean State Job 5 Below , Barnes & Noble Booksellers and Staples and Kay's. I don't typically shop at this location often, but when I'm in the area or have an appointment in that area.
