What a horrible experience!! My sister wanted a vape for her birthday she was interested in the twister max so I went to the optimal vapor in California July 16 2019the nice young man informed me they were sold out and he would check the leonardtown store they did have it and here’s where it went downhill . I arrived at the leonardtown store and was not greeted and felt like I was bothering guy anyway I told him I was here for the max and he proceeds to pull the one in display and puts it in the wrong color box which he was trying to tell me the colors on boxes are all different But whatever he didn’t tell me anything about it didn’t even ask me if I needed juice but again whatever, so I’m checking out done and waiting for my receipt he tells me they don’t do receipts they email it to you I’m like your joking he said no i had 45 dollar cash and I had to put remaining 17.00 on credit When I got my email it looked like I only paid 17 dollars what kind operation are you running is what I’m thinking to myself. Flash forward next day my sisters birthday and she was excited about vape we charged it all night and of course guess what does not work so next day which is today we go to the California store to see what could be wrong the nice young guy tells us it’s no good and we would have to go to leonardtown to get money back which is a half hour away huh?if it’s the same company I really didn’t know why we had to go there but again whatever let’s go. So we get there and same guy is working ( red head guy believe his name is Brian) he proceeds to refund my cash 45.00 doesn’t check in box and tells me have a nice day I’m like what about my 17.00 credit he says they will email it to me and money should be in bank in 72 hours I’m like ok I need proof here of this again he says they will email me I don’t have anything to show my 17.00 credit pending or anything We proceed to leave store almost to our car and some guy comes running across parking lot telling us there was no product in the box like we stole it omg I have never been so embarrassed and mad I then threaten to call police while he was on phone with guy at other store who in fact had forgot to put it back in box . I will never go back to your store again after what has happened today. Rude I can deal with but when someone accuses you of stealing basically is what he did this business owner needs to be made aware making mistakes like this will cost you your business in the end I will never step foot in there again I will just do my shopping online and if things would have went better You would have had 2 great customers who would have frequent your establishment often but thanks to horrible customer service and experience you...
Read moreThe first time I went here the guy was super nice and I had a great experience but the second time made me not want to go ever again. The second time the guy ( a different guy from the first time ) behind the counter was rude and told me I had to have a Maryland license to buy but he would give that one time pass but I tried to explain that we just moved here and the dmv closed down when I had my appointment so I had to reschedule for months out again. He tried to tell me I could do it online but you can’t I’m not sure where he got that information but moving from a different state and needing to get a real ID that is not a thing. Anyways now I send my husband to get my stuff and no one has ever said anything to him about his out of state license. Maybe they just don’t want business from women which is sad...
Read moreNever again am I going to this sad excuse of a vape shop, the owner has to be a masochist, he refuses to sell coils for even the mods that he sells and also rarely has decent juices and the ones they have are over priced. But on top of this his employees will tell you to spend a little more to get points until you go there to find they removed the point system. I simply will assume the owner jumped into the vape scene head first with no prior knowledge to retail or customer research. BTW I was a well paying patron, who spent well over $1000 there and have slowly watched it go to hell. This review is not just a one shot customer. I have simply just had enough.
