Knowledgeable staff, with what appeared to me to be the expected grumpy manager. I'm editing this about a year after my original review. The store is open until 9pm weekdays. I found myself in a bad position, needing ATF at 8:40. I pulled into the lot at 8:45 and parked dead center in front of the store. I was close enough to see the manager look at me disgustedly and shake his head as he worked the register right along the front window. I told him as I walked past that I'd be out of his hair in 3 minutes. Took closer to 5, as the clock read 8:50 after I checked out and ran back out to my car. That included paying for the ATF and letting the bespectacled manager know people don't appreciate being looked at like an inconvenience. Honestly folks, the money I spend 10 minutes before your business closes is income as much as the money spent at 4pm. If it's really trouble for the staff to keep a store open until it's posted closing hour, I can go to Walmart, probably get the same material cheaper and not have to deal with them. Saturday September 18th, went Inside and asked about a code 2 my car, could he please hook up the tool 2 read what's wrong with my car! He said no,it doesn't tell you anything specific!. Asked for an air filter, he looked up the number and then , pointed at a back shelf ,Couldn't find the filter,,he stood at the counter and just continued 2 stare, 10 mins later got help from someone else, asked 4 rainvisors for my car and he never looked in the shelves, he told me $80 and when I looked the computer said 61.99! Went 2 a different place and they read the code 2 my car,and it was a serious safety problem that had 2 be fixed immediately! While the fat girl with glasses and him just giggled at each other! I think this place is great! I needed a new light bulb for over my license plate & a back windshield wiper. The items themselves are a little bit pricey in comparison to Wal-Mart or online, however it was truly worth it for me because I didn't spend much time there at all questioning what I needed at all. A store associate immediately greeted me, he helped me by searching my vehicle & was able to get both items for me quickly. Once purchased, the same store associate came out to my car with me & assisted me in the installation!!! I tried to tip the gentleman & he wouldn't accept the money.
