When I visited the Leonardtown location I at first went to the drive thru and was told I would need to come inside if I was using a card. I parked and went inside with my mask on. I waited for someone to take my order while watching two associates chit chat by the employee door leading behind the register. I continued to wait while I watched a man finish making food and hand a completed order to the customer before me. He noticed I was waiting and called someone to the front line. After a short moment he surveyed the front noticing no one came to take my order. He then asked me if I had been helped and I told him no. He willingly started taking my order on the computer asking his associate where specific buttons were on the screen. It was clear to me he did not normally place orders for customers. When my order was ready he gave me my bag and sauces. I was very happy to see such initiative and attentiveness towards customers and their needs. I asked the associate who helped the man take my order for his name so I could write him a good review. His name is Tavares, and he was the only one who stepped up to help me. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond thank...
Read moreI recently visited Taco Bell, and my experience left a lot to be desired. While waiting for my order, I noticed a few customers struggling to use the kiosks to place their orders. Instead of stepping in to help or simply ringing them up at the cash register, the staff just stood by and watched as these customers fumbled with the system. It made me wonder: why has Taco Bell removed the human element from customer service? It’s becoming unnecessarily hard to grab a quick meal.
To make matters worse, I shared this experience with a friend, and she mentioned her own frustrating encounter at the drive-thru. She wanted to add an item to her order while at the window, but the cashier told her they couldn’t adjust the order because it would mess up their metrics. The kicker? There wasn’t even anyone else in line! She was told she’d need to circle back around and place a new order.
Taco Bell used to be convenient, but these recent changes are making it harder and harder to enjoy a simple meal. The lack of customer service and rigid policies are disappointing, to say the least. I hope they reevaluate these practices before losing more...
Read moreSo, I order the same thing for breakfast from Taco Bell every time I go there. A fiesta potato burrito, hash brown, and a hot coffee. The cashier took my order, reiterated it back to me, and told me to pull around. She then asked me to repeat my entire order at the window, where I also directly answered her question with, “No, not the grande scrambler, just the fiesta potato burrito.” She acknowledged me, rang me up for a grande scrambler combo anyways, and asked what kind of meat I wanted. I said, “none, I just want the potato burrito”, she said “okay I’ll make it without meat”- it never comes with meat anyways. I’m a vegetarian. I was then given a grande scrambler WITH BACON inside of it, and was charged more for this than what I actually ordered. I asked for a refund and the correct burrito. I also said it was completely fine to charge me for the correct order, and the cashier responded with “I asked you if you wanted the grande scrambler”, but apparently she has a hard time with hearing the actual answers to her questions. I will not be returning to...
