I had a bad experience with Brooke. She had a nasty attitude all the time towards us. I am not satisfied with the services we got. We paid $565 for three highlights. One of them was great and Lexi did it. Lexi made sure my sister was satisfied and Brooke did not completed my mom’s services and she came back home with wet hair. She was kept ignoring and saying she has other client but she was standing, eating, and using phone. Took so long to just color the hair black. Very upset I paid $20 for this hair cut. Yes my toddler moved around and cried a little but the whole experience was so frustrating. I’d cry too if I had hair stuck to my sticky face because they gave him a lollipop to help “calm” him down. So as he munched on his hairy lollipop they chopped away at his hair. I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years. No complaints!! I get my hair AND nails done by Brooke. Every time I come I leave with a huge smile and a confidence that is unmatched. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Always playing good music, good conversation and good vibes always!! I never leave unsatisfied! Brooke communicates very well to figure out exactly what I want, even my crazy ideas lol. Definitely recommend...
