Former employee and avid thrifter here. The store has gone way downhill. It is filthy, disorganized and the shelves are sparse. Employees can and do shop on the clock and the only professional people in the entire building is Mitchell, Linda and Christina. Management will not treat you the same if they don’t like you. No restroom for customers and no fitting rooms. Donations fill up quick because employees are lazy. Management has zero clue about jewelry pricing so you can find cheap gold here and feel good about reselling it for a huge profit. Don’t spend your money here, if you’re looking to support a good cause try smile in lusby. Not getting another dime...
