I visit all of the Wild Bill stores in Jackson and Brooklyn. I always have good service, no matter which one I go to. However, I live very close to the one on E. Michigan Ave, so I visit that one the most. The store is always clean and stocked well. All of the shelves are in perfect order, and rarely have I ever needed something that they did not have in stock. All of the employees are kind and courteous, but a special shout out to Dylan. He's very personable, respectful and seems to really enjoy his job. All of the employees are always very attentive to the customers and it's nice to be able to get in and out of the store quickly when you're in a hurry. Read moreEvery since chase and Justin and Paris left this store it’s gone down hill! Quick fast and in a hurry . Chase the manager would always make sure the chew was in stock, and logs being held for me.. He kept up on the cigar room. Went in the other day they, couldn’t tell me when the truck was coming and the cigars I bought were starting to turn! Also the cigar room was not warm and misty like it normally is. It felt dry. I’ll be making the drive to Ganson from now on, which’s sucks bc this one is 2-3 miles from my house. But I’d rather make the trip and have the great staff and the up keep. I rarely leave reviews, it has probably been years, but, Dylan was too friendly and helpful not to. I live downriver but visit my parents in Leoni and I make sure I get all my vape coils and juice while I’m here.
The last 3 times I’ve been in, Dylan was the one working and every single time he was friendly and answered all my questions. I bought a new Geek Vape mod yesterday and he went through everything with me and helped me set it up.
