My buddy and I were on a motorcycle trip from Huntington to Kooskia and my buddy had a badly dry rotted and sun-checked tire cupping in the front of his Harley Softail Duece. We called ahead to Harley Davidson and reserved the parts over the phone and were told they would get us right in as long as we made it there before 5pm the following day so we bid farewell to our friends in Kooskia the next day and slowly moseyed on down the road. When we got to Harley Davidson we went to counter and they were rude saying they closed at 6pm it was only little after 3p all they had to do was change a FRONT tire that was already paid for.. ended up having employees while we were waiting for them acting like we were gonna steal something or hold the place up. Guess tattoos and earrings on bikers isnt normal in Lewiston. Not too sure that I care to talk about that but long story short(er), no tire after heated debate on lack of proper business practices at Harley Davidson in Lewiston as they didnt have the tire in stock and we asked them to visually touch the tire on the shelf as we didnt plan on going through Lewiston on way home. So they sold us a tube and a liner for $115 and I got refunded the price of the tire. We then traveled to I believe it was Yamaha after sitting in parking lot and locating a tire. We picked it up threw it over shoulder and went back to Harley to see if they would install it. Not even for an extra 100$ said they had wedding they were closing early for funny we didnt hear of this the day before but good for you congrats fairwell so we were not in good standing on getting out of Lewiston and it was getting later. I was riding an Indian Scout and was thumbing through places to find a shop figuring likely for the next day.. well Ill be damned if I didnt stumble upon Guys Outdoor Motorsprorts/Indian. I called them on the phone and told them we had a Harley that needed the aforementioned had the tire and the liner and tube …in and out of there in just a little over an hour and they charged 70$ to install the tire. Know that Boise Indian would have charged $300 to change one tire and you would have to wait 3 hours for them to get it done after waiting 3 weeks to get in…Not because they have the volume as they are in the city but because their service department is poorly managed, crooked, careless, and shotty. The only decent person in the building in Boise is Brad. I digress (quite often really) So after MY PEOPLE took care of the problem fast, efficiently, and with healthy smiles, recommendations on where to ride, local lodging in case we decided to stay the night. I hit pothole on my new Indian Springfield. Boise let me down dropped the ball numerous times so my new home is Lewiston at Hell’s Gate Indian/Guys Outdoor Powersports. I’ll post another review if they live up to my expectations. If parts aren’t falling off my bike on way home they have far exceeded...

Pretty terrible service department. Dropped off a mower for warranty work last year and they had it over 3 months. Same problem this year and brought it back but they couldn't get the problem to happen. Made claims of looking for it many times over a months time but couldn't find any issues. I went to pick it up and the mower was right where I dropped it off with a seat full of water (hadn't rai ed in 10 days or more). Went to start it to show them the issue and the battery was completely dead. It obviously hadn't been ran for most of the month it sat there. The service manager told me they took the machine apart looking but that was a very blatent lie as none of the bolts had been touched and the dry summer grass was still on top of all the bolts and all over the area under the seat where they would have needed to open it up. Very dissatisfied at the lack of effort but the lies are unacceptable. Will not see me or my family back there ever again.
Got a call from Patrick (who I see listed in some other reviews below). He is looking into the issue and wanted to get some info from me. Time will tell. He said he'd be looking at their video system.
Been a couple weeks and haven't heard anything. I guess they don't want to deal with the issue. I keep seeing positive reviews here about their sales department. They must be good on sales but I can promise you the same can't be said for their service department. While a brand new machine is sweet, after a few years it will need service for something and you won't like what you find here especially with management being okay with...

My bike broke down, in Lowell Idaho, on a 4,000 mile round trip. We called the dealer and they waited for us to get the bike in the yard, 100 miles away. The service manager, Mike, was exceptional.
When we got there the following day, on a Friday, they fished diagnosing my bike right away and started searching for parts. We were able to locate the fuel pump and have it overnighted.
Unfortunately for me, the service department was closed on Saturdays, however after discussion with their service team and their desire to also get us back on the road, one of their techs came in, on their day off, and was able to replace the fuel pump and get me back on my trip.
I can not say enough about the whole dealership. I spent 1.5 days there and the entire staff was exceptional. I wish every dealer operated in this manner! I may have to plan my trips in the future to have my bike serviced here because they were that great.
The staff was knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. It’s a pleasure to deal with genuine nice people and hard to come by, especially in a dealer environment. These guys knocked it out of the park! I would highly recommend anyone that is in need of service and or parts and sales to send your...
