Wonderful service from a young lady called Tempest. She was very patient and helpful while we were picking out rings. She even managed to bring my very quiet, very shy fiance out of his shell and engage him in conversation. Best experience I have had purchasing jewelry. However, when we came to pick up our rings from being sized there was an older lady with white hair at the store who had a very dour expression, and who hardly said anything to us, as well as Tempest and another young lady whose name I do not know. Naturally I was very excited to put on my engagement ring for the first time (and have it fit lol) so I did it myself. And what she said to me just floored me. she told me that I had "ruined" it because "traditionally he is supposed to put it on [my] finger". This woman had never seen either of us before. She knew nothing about me, my fiance, or the dynamics of our relationship. She did, however, manage to RUIN what was a perfect moment for us. I've been in a handful of times since then and she always had the same awful expression on her face and is always very rude/condescending toward me and, from what I can see, the girls that work there.

Read moreI will never do business with this establishment again! I gave them a family heirloom ring to fix one prong on February 5th. They told me it would cost $35 and would be back by the 24th, possibly sooner but no later than the 24th. By the 24th I have not heard anything from them. I show up expecting to pick up my ring. Only to discover that they cannot find it anywhere. Finally, they find a note that said my ring would need to have all four prongs replaced and have the stone reset and it was going to cost $400!!! What?!?! Oh, and they had known this since the 9th and didn't bother to reach out. I asked to get my ring back and they said they'd get it back to me. They promised I would get it back on Wednesday March 1st. Then I get the call today that they can't get it back to me on Wednesday, now supposedly Friday. I will believe it when i see it. Read moreI’m usually extremely intimidated by sales people but Codi is seriously the best! She sat patiently with me through multiple trips of coming in and looking at wedding bands. For weeks on end I couldn’t make up my mind on the style I wanted to with and she happily pulled ring after ring out of the case allowing me to try anything on. She treats all of her customers like family and makes everyone feel so welcome. When I mentioned coming back in a few weeks to pay cash For my final selection she mentioned how easy financing could be. With little money down we got approved and we’re able to go with the ring that day. My experience was so over the top that I couldn’t imagine going to another jewelry store!
