This store has gone through a positive conversion. I wrote a bad internal review for this store a couple months ago. I had a few terrible experiences with this store specifically in huge delays picking up my orders, customer service and employees being willling or able to help. I have noticed a huge change in organization. The employees actually walk up to you now and ask if you need help then take you to what you are looking for. This is unusual for the big box stores. Managers are actually on duty and easy to find. I have seen them on the floor reviewing the employees and giving them feedback. Feels more like a small hometown store now. Nice going! One suggestion, I do have a pro account and have remodeled my house recently and spent a lot of time and money here. Someone should think through the process with every item you sell. Make sure you have all the basic hardware to install what you sell. For example, you sell hot water heaters but do not sell water heater vent pipe A or B. It is different than fresh air or laundry vent piep which you do sell. You sell 3/4 inch Pex pipe but have very limited connection fittings for 3/4 but have a decent selection of 1/2 inch fittings. You sell faucets but dont have all the fittings to connect water to all of them. 12 / 24 /2022 I went in today to pick up an order I placed online. The associate who helped me was Tara.    Read moreWe went into the store yesterday looking for the mums that were on sale. There wasn't a sign posted on the mums out front of the garden center so we went to the checkstand just inside the garden center to ask the cashier which ones were on sale. The cashier was a young-ish girl and she was literally sitting at the checkstand messing around on her cell phone and barely glanced up when we approached. We asked if the mums that were out on the display were the ones on sale and she looked at us blankly and said "I don't know". So we then asked if there was anyone that did know and she said "I don't know". We asked if there would be anyone coming back to the garden center that could help us and she said "I don't know" and then bent back over her cell phone. She never once offered to call someone or anything. So we went on a search to find someone who could help us. Found some older gentlemen in the main part of the store that were working hard and they happily gave us the information we needed. We then went to check out with the one item we were able to find and the girl looked up from her cell phone just long enough to ring up the item, hand me the receipt and then bent right back over her cell phone. As we were walking to the car I noticed that as customers were coming into and out of the entrance to the garden center, she wasn't even looking up from her cell phone to even acknowledge them.    Read moreWARNING! WARNING!! Do NOT buy any home appliances from this store!! I purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot in Lewiston ID. on Nov. 29th 2017. The salesman promised me delivery within 4-7 business days, and that they would call me as soon as it came in. I thought this was reasonable, since they had to order it (they do not stock them), and I would just tough it out, not having a refrigerator for a week, as mine completely went out on the 28th of Nov. After 10 days go by (with no phone call from them) I call and ask why it has not come in yet. The associate I talked to was very rude and told me that "That's just the way it is sometimes with orders" and then promised me it would be in by the 16th. of Dec. So at this point I have gone more than 2 weeks without a fridge and am getting a little upset. When the 16th rolled around I called again and they were rude and said "sorry nothing we can do" then promised me by Dec. 21, it will be in. When I called yesterday they said it did not come in this week and that the person in charge of orders (her name is Brooke) will call me on the 22nd. She has not called me back and when I called just now, they said "Sorry she left early for Christmas break". So "Brooke" I hope you have a wonderful Christmas because I will be enjoying mine WITHOUT a refrigerator that I ordered from you a month ago, that was promised 3 weeks ago.
