The store was neat and well stocked.Store closes at 9pm and we got there around 7:45. The cashier apparently felt we were moving too slow. My mother is elderly and arthritic so she uses the shopping cart to hold herself up. My niece and young son was with us as well and we all were doing our best to put the items onto the conveyor belt as fast as we could. The cashier then stated she was going to take the next customer even though our items were already on the conveyor belt. I was upset but tried my best to maintain my composure in front of my family. The cashier then began to state several Ines to the other customers in line to please "bear with her" as a way of hinting to us again that we were moving bit slow..finally I told her that it's not my fault she was the only person at the register and it's not wise to rush customers especially when u don't know their handicap. She informed me that they are "graded" on how fast the ring up customers and I told her that was not my problem and my mom can't move that fast. I was very embarrassed and felt very disregarded and treated as if I was a nobody. I shouldn't have to rush at a store I just over $200...
Read moreI like Aldi. They have the lowest prices around. I generally go once a week. That being said, they have been out of almond milk for the past few visits which is annoying. Their produce is hit or miss. Additionally the cashier today was very unfriendly. You do have to bag your own groceries which I don't mind. Update: it's still a good place to shop for lower prices on groceries. They have been out of a vegetarian frozen food item for the past three weeks so I have to go elsewhere. I contacted the corporate office and they couldn't tell me when it would be back in stock. It's frustrating. Update: I visited here specifically to purchase a pair of women's pajamas advertised in their Aldi Finds flyer. It was the first day of the sale at 10am. I couldn't locate the item, so I asked a employee. She said they were under staffed and the product wasn't out yet. Hire more...
Read moreAldi is one of my absolute favorite places to shop! The prices are unbeatable, especially with how high grocery costs are getting everywhere else. I love that I can walk in, grab what I need (and a few fun surprises), and walk out without blowing my budget.
Their selection of fresh produce, pantry staples, and even healthier or specialty items is impressive for a smaller store. I especially love the seasonal itemsâtheyâre always unique and affordable. Plus, their store-brand products are just as good (if not better) than the big-name brands.
The store is clean, organized, and efficient. I appreciate how quickly the lines move, and the employees are always working hard but still kind and helpful.
If youâre looking to save money without sacrificing quality, Aldi is where itâs at. I honestly donât know how I lived...
