If you find yourself anywhere near Lexington, South Carolina, make a point to stop by my bakery—easily one of the most unique food concepts around. This isn’t your average bake shop; it’s a cooperative of multiple food artisans, each bringing their own flair, creativity, and specialties to the table. And we’re not just talking baked goods—this place has evolved into something more like an edible art gallery.

Inside, you’ll find an eclectic mix of offerings that cover just about every craving imaginable: cookies, muffins, pies, rolls, brownies, tres leches, cake pops, brittles, banana pudding, cheesecakes, and homemade ice cream sandwiches. They even have cheesecake push-ups and frozen treats ready to go. And yes, they have savory selections too—like Joe Shmo’s Dip and veggie trays.

Dietary restrictions? You’re still in luck. They offer gluten-free, vegan, and even keto options. I was lucky enough to sample a keto brownie still in development, and it was phenomenal—everything a brownie should be. I also had a small bite of a chocolate chip cookie, and it was out-of-this-world good.

Their in-house soda selection is another highlight. With rotating monthly specials and daily flavors, it’s worth checking out each time you visit.

The shop itself is located in a center with plenty of parking. The storefront is cozy, with a few bistro tables outside and a couple more inside. It may be small in size, but my bakery is big on heart, flavor, and originality....

Me and my fiancé recently discovered this little slice of heaven and with just two visits (so far) it has become my favorite bakery in the area by far! The first time we stopped in, I got a cheddar biscuit and funfetti roll while he got a donut. Today I got the stuffed waffles and he ordered a blueberry roll. I also ordered a Sully’s Soda lemonade with watermelon and pineapple flavoring, which was perfect for a summer morning. Both times the desserts were fluffy and flavorful, and I could eat a dozen of the cheddar biscuits in one sitting! There are so many options from cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, tiramisu, brownies, and cinnamon rolls to name just a few. Not to mention the gluten free and vegan options so all can enjoy. Absolutely amazing bakery!! They greeted us as soon as we walked in. Some items were already sold out but still had lots to choose from. We got the lemon strawberry cupcakes which were fantastic and tasted like summer in your mouth! We got 3 cake pops for the kids when they get home. Glad we got there when we did as they only had 2 sour dough loaves left so we got one and it was still warm and it was out of this world perfectly made. A little crunch on the outside and nice and thick on the inside. Can't wait to go back for grand opening and try...
