Ice machine bucket fill station right there by the tables where customers are eating, trying to enjoy a conversation. You just cant. Read moreI recently visited Charter 803 in Lexington, South Carolina, and I have to say, the food is absolutely fantastic. Their wings are probably the best I’ve had in all of Lexington—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the service. When I received my order, it was incorrect, and when I brought it to the server’s attention, the interaction quickly turned negative. The server became argumentative and, to my dismay, even threw the corrected order on my table. This level of disrespect and poor service was disappointing and completely unnecessary. Because of this, I won’t be returning, despite the great food.
