Long long time customers of Krafty Draft and first time we’ve been since new ownership.

Menu: Looks like they reduced the craft beer list somewhat and added cocktails. Family and friends really enjoyed their cocktails.

Food Menu is pretty similar with some new things but the taste has definitely changed.

Beer: Best for me was the raspberry lime cheesecake blender , still have some good sours on the menu

Service: I usually browse the app before going so I have beer list ready. Sadly they were out of the first the 3 beers they had listed on the app. We also waited 10 mins at the bar for anyone to acknowledge us, even though a couple came in after and the guy immediately went up to them. This was pretty disappointing. I think they knew we were sitting at a table with family but we came up to ask for flight cards so it was clear we wanted to taste a few.

Food Taste:

Quesadillas : quantity increased, but quality isn’t as good as they used to be, the chicken one was EXTREMELY dry … even with the sour cream and salsa it was just dry.

Chicken flatbread: flavor was pretty good but the bread has gotten thinner , so it’s not a bready flatbread but think super thin crust crispy pizza type bread

Brisket : really good flavor ! Family was very happy with the taste and portion size

Parmesan fried prickles: new item and this was very good! Comes with a spicy sauce

Potato salad: this used to be my dad’s absolute favorite thing to get. It used to be a German style and now it’s very very different, more southern mashed potato style

Hope you guys take this in the spirit in which it is intended. Service isn’t on point. When a customer orders food, go ahead and place utensils so when the food comes the customer doesn’t have to wait to eat. Anticipate customer needs. When a glass is almost empty, be ready to offer them another. Felt like we were interrupting something when we asked for anything. Change that. Definitely not the welcoming, customer focused environment I was used to under old leadership. I also suggest taking a look at food prep. The food was not stellar but it was edible.
