Jewelry Centre — Local services in Lexington

I took my wedding ring set to get resized and they do all of their work in house. It only took one week to get it all done, which is very fast compared to other major retailers I've used in the past. My rings were cleaned and looked as beautiful as the day my husband bought them. I've taken my rings to large retail stores in the past and they only send them outside the store to get worked on. Other large retail stores take weeks to get anything back and I'm constantly worried if my rings are going to get lost in the mail. The only thing the Jewelry Centre sends out is watches but the person who fixes them picks them up and drops them off so no getting lost in the mail. Also they have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a jewelry store. They are very attentive, polite, and professional. They listened to my concerns and offered honest answers. The prices are great compared to large retail stores. After this experience I can honestly say I will use this store...

For $40 to fix two chains, I guess you get what you pay for. Which is not good quality. The soldering job was a wack job. (unfortunately I cannot post a picture since the camera won’t focus on the chains). He fixed my other chain by adding a link (not even the same to match) and probably not real gold like the rest of the chain. Sometimes it’s just best to go to the big jewelry stores for chain repairs. Or ask for pictures of chain repairs to make sure the jeweler knows how to fix. Learn from...

Not good customer service. I walked in and was ignored by the man behind the counter. I had to dead stare him and then he says someone will be out in a minute. A woman comes out from a back room. I ask for a repair and get told no they can't. No thorough explanation, no alternatives no help at all.
