Our office has ordered Chik-Fil-A from this location for many months. Weāve had our share of orders not being filled accurately. But I wasnāt prepared for the rude treatment I received at lunch today, May 16th. We ordered via the app so that we didnāt have to place such a large order in person and slow down everyone else. The only option was picking it up in the store. Bringing it out to the car wasnāt an option at this location - although they had many parking places reserved for it. And I didnāt want to sit through the drive through. I expected to come inside and grab my order. I couldnāt have been more wrong! There were no orders for pick-up. I sat and waiting close to 10 minutes and no food appears. One person did come and ask another person waiting and finally found his food, but he didnāt come back and help any of us. I try to get someoneās attention. The person at the cash register did not acknowledge me. Neither did anyone else. Iām feeling ignored and unimportant and Iām spending over $50 with them. Finally a tall young man comes out and he does acknowledge me. He looks and was able to find part of the order. He leaves and I try to get someoneās attention to get the rest of my order. Eventually someone brings it to me. What was most disturbing wasnāt the fact that they messed up another order. I know accidents happen. The rudeness was a choice. Ignoring me was a choice. Talking down to me was a choice. The manager, he was in a brace, came over and asked me to calm down. Those were the first words out of his mouth. Can I help you? Would have been a better start. A short Asian lady came over just to tell me that the order was correct. Where was she when I needed help. This will be about $250 a month that weāll no longer provide to this Chik-Fil-A. Because thatās choice I can make. Not one person saying āIām sorryā isnāt something Iāll ever forget. Shame on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs always at the location, I wasted a long time sitting in the car in the rain to use my Calendar Card only to find out that the Mystery Offer item that I would eat is only available in the mornings. The guy was so fake polite in his "So Sorry" it was irritating. He sounded like a recording with no emotion.
There always long lines at this location, inside or the drive through. I have only attempted to use my card 3 of the six times so far due to the lines. The other months i would see the lines and get back in the car. I guess the company likes to see customers standing or sitting around wasting valuable time for their chicken. Sorry my time is more important than your chicken. And my time is way more valuable to be wasted on Mystery Offers.
The calendar card was the biggest waste of money. The one thing that is not a Mystery is the chances of my returning to this location to wait in long lines to spend money any time in the near future.
The chicken is good if you have the time to waste. My suggestion, move on to a place that knows how to staff for the demand. And one that does not play games with their customers with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's hard to complain about Chick-fil-A as from the moment you enter the property the customer is why it exist. The drive, while busy, is extremely designed for a fast traffic flow, and within ten seconds of entering in my car, and was greeted by one of the many employees, who took my order. While very business-like, she put me at ease, listened intently, extremely polite, and very efficient while making me feel good that I came to the right place. After getting my money, my next step was to get my order. In my car continuously, I didn't have to stop at a window and speak to someone I can't always see or hear very well and no speaking into a microphone. My order was almost ready in the moment I drove around to the other side. I think I was at Chick-fil-A less than 3 minutes. Chick-fil-A has got me spoiled as what I could have just described was any of my visits at any of the Chick-fil-A locations that I have visited, but this was this visit...
