He rents a small part of the store for events in the back. He gives you a price in facebook of 200$ and said you can bring alcohol etc. put music etc..and after you give the down payment he contact you and tell you he change his mind and will raise the price like 150 more. After that a few days before your activity (and i knew because I contacted him to ask some table information ) he tells you he will raise again the price because some permits he need in this case alcohol permit, and because the place is renting in a good price he would not afford it and you have to pay or cancel. When he said everything was included! Probably he was gonna tell me same day of party so I dont have more choices and pay it. if you dont want to pay the extra fee because was not the agreement we made but he decide to charge you he cancel your party even days before the event he dont care about the money and all the invitations and stuff you already made.
