I will always buy from Pieratts!!! The service department is superb!! The service manager, Mr.Kevin Sorrell is very professional, nice, understanding and extremely knowledgeable!! He worked with me so I was able to have my washer and dryer fixed. (they were supposed to be covered on my home warranty, but someone messed up royally and didn’t add them to the Home warranty.) I originally bought them from Pieratt’s, but the warranties had expired. They both needed repaired within days of each other. This was just the begining! My dishwasher croaked and we are in the process of working with the home warranty to fix or replace it. If that wasn’t enough, my gas stove decided it would like to start combusting/exploding- causing the gas company to evacuate my household, and red tag. Ugh! All right bebore Christmas. I was able to get a new “Electric” stove to replace it. (My choice). All of my kitchen appliances have had to be replaced. I just bought this home in May. Yes it was inspected, however, something isn’t right for all of this to happen. RESULTS: I am 110% Elated! Extremely Satisfied!!! The Technicians are amazing, and they are very nice! Delivery- were promy which I was grateful!! They were efficient, knowledgeable and nice. I can not say enough about this location and company overall. Service is impeccable and at a time when it is difficult to get help. I will add this as well: I am always kind and respectful and talk to each one of these employees the way I want to be treated. I was treated even better!!! Thank you Kevin!!! I am Pieratt’s #1 fan all because you helped me and I know you were “just doing your job”. Happy is an...
Read moreWhen i went to Piratt's, I went looking for a washing machine Xan convinced me the Magtag front loader was the best thing for what i needed. There are 6 people in my household so we do a lot of laundry. I had told him I didn't want a front loader, or one that uses wifi, and i needed one that would wash clothes quickly. I didn't want long cycles. Xan was insistent that the Maytag front loader was the best choice for me. The quick wash was only 20 minutes and it could handle lots of loads. Well, this washer does have a 20 minute cycle but your clothes don't get clean with it. The normal wash cycle says it runs in 1 hour and 43 minutes but that ends up being 2 hours. The automatic dispenser uses WAY more laundry detergent than it should. This washing machine is not top of the line, does not do a good job washing clothes and is extremely tempermental when it comes to spinning out clothes. If you have too many or too little clothes, it won't spin the water out of them. EDITED to add that pieratts did take the washing machine back, and i got a GE top loader and my clothes are washed quickly and they are clean on the first cycle, with no issues. I will say, remember when shopping that sale's men are just that. They have no first hand knowledge of what works well and what doesn't. They go off statistics. I was told that i just thought the top loaders clean better because of all the "smell good" stuff that i use.... I had to explain that I do NOT use fabric softener or laundry detergent with dyes or fragrance or dryer sheets, due to my son having eczema. So I KNOW if the washing machine is cleaning my clothes, sheets and towels or not. Its either clean...
Read moreI have purchased from Pieratt's for years and let me say that this was not how any of my past experiences were. This was maybe one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company and it seems that others have encountered this as well. We bought a Samsung 75 inch TV in September of 2021. Then the week of Super Bowl 2022 a horizontal line appeared and everything under the line was not the correct color. We immediately called Pieratt's and were told they were ordering the part that they thought had gone out on the TV. They would not allow us to either bring the TV in or pick it up to confirm that was the problem. The TV "worked" until June - it then went completely out. We immediately called Pieratt's because we weren't sure that what was said to be the original problem was the actual issue at that point. They again would not look at the TV and we were told that the piece was ordered and they cannot control the shipping, which I completely understand. With this being our main TV we asked for a loaner which they denied. Today (10.4.22) the piece is now in - and they offered a loaner since the tech will need to remove the TV. We have since purchased a new TV and basically counted the one purchased at Pieratt's a loss. We have been told many different costs of repair even though we are within the warranty window, so at this point we aren't sure if there will be the cost or the amount it may be. Let's hope that the piece we were told was the actual problem is the issue and it gets fixed soon, or I am sure we will be another 6 months...
