My husband and I purchased recliners on 10/18/18, to be delivered 10/23/18. At the time of purchase, the saleslady told us that there were two in stock and she would mark them as being sold. Today, the day of the scheduled delivery, we receive a phone call at 1:45 pm (after receiving a call earlier in the day stating the recliners would be delivered at 3 pm) saying they only had one of the recliners because the other had been damaged. My husband drove to the store, where he found out that they actually didn't have the other in stock (we hate being lied to), and we could pick out a replacement. My husband found a recliner that he liked, and the saleslady told him (the same lady that helped us the day of the original purchase), that since it was $100 over the price of the other, she wasn't sure management would go for it. My husband informed her that unless we had our recliners delivered today, and this being the only other one he liked, if they weren't willing to work with him, we would cancel our entire order. She then went back and "talked" to the management team, came back out, and told my husband that they were "reluctant" to accept this, but agreed to the recliner being sold to us. We are now waiting for our recliners to be delivered today, since we were moved to the last delivery time due to their mistake, and are severely disappointed. So I went to another furniture place, and bought a couch the same day, had to pay more, but I found what I wanted, and good service. I guess this place changed...

They tried to sell me floor model merchandise that was scratch and dent telling me it was distressed. Most everything I saw was low quality fiberboard type furniture which were way over priced. I only wanted to buy a wingback chair but they finally pulled one out of the back room and let me see only the legs and it had not been put together, I told them I would take it if they could get the box in my vehicle. They said they would not put in my vehicle until after I paid for it and I said that was fine and that rather than pay them $100 to deliver it half a mile to my home I would simply return the item if it would not go in my car and then she informed me that all sales are final.
