Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Lexington

I just finished my 6 inch turkey and provolone on my lunch break and it was 🔥! This is my first time I can recall experiencing Penn Station. The cook promised I would love it so much that I'd be back and never visit a Subway again. He was right! I loved it 😋 the staff was very welcoming to a newbie like me and explained my order options. I loved the attitude of the cook as he was very friendly. I'll describe him (since I didn't catch his name) as the African American man -with the impressive afro- cause he told me he's there everyday 😄. While the sandwich was probably the best I've ever had, it was the customer service that will bring me back here. Y'all made my day ♥️ I appreciate seeing others who are so proud of the work they produce. They made my sandwich wrong then they accused my husband of ordering it the wrong way & wouldn’t refund it.

Look, since my recent ovarian cancer diagnosis & treatment, for some reason I can’t eat meat or spicy food. I used to love it. They have a veggie sandwich that they’ll put A1 on for me.. it’s very nice of them & it’s always a tasty sandwich. We’ve been getting this for months. Mushrooms. Provolone. Lite onions, lite banana peppers.

Heliterally pulled his phone out & read it off of the last order so it was right. They didn’t put the ticket in that way. I couldn’t eat the sandwich. Then they refused to refund it.

Don’t trust these people with your credit card info.

Stopped by the other day due to an indecisive friend of mine not being able to make her mind up on where we should go to eat lol. I had to then decide for her all the while not knowing what she was in the mood for smh. So since I was in the she's I decided lets got to Penn Station. Mind you it's been quite a few years since I had enjoyed a sub let alone one from Penn Station. I always remembered them as one of the better places when it comes to that type of sandwich and to this day it still holds true.
