got halfway through eating a crazy puff & pulled a hair out of my mouth. Waited the first time for them to cook it bc it wasnât ready which was fine bc it was fresh but then came back through & waited once again for about 20 mins for something that took 5 mins to cook fresh the first time. Didnât offer anything for the inconvenience or the wait or the fact I drove all the way home just to have to turn around & come back. They didnât even apologize for it⊠also when I received my new order they wasnât even as hot so itâs like theyâd been sitting there which makes sense since I waited so long⊠they werenât busy either. also 1 of them was half the size of all the rest? Their customer service sucks.
Update: got home & re-made food wasnât made right.. realized on top of 1 being super tiny (u only get 4 & itâs around $5), now realized thereâs no parm on them which makes a big difference in taste. Realized when I thought to myself they werenât nearly as good as the first ones. The first ones was made perfect had there not been a hair. Called & told them. The manager tried make it right ONLY after me explaining that their customer service is horrible & pointing out that it would make the 3rd time Iâve had to drive there all for just a remake, nothing extra for the inconvenience bc thatâs all she originally offered even though it was the 2nd time in a row it happened đ€Šđ»ââïž Itâs not me trying to get free stuff either itâs the principle. Thatâs my time & my gas & going back for the 3rd time in a row is ridiculous. I understand mistakes happen but in a row & the manager not trying to make it right with a loyal customer is crazy. Once I pointed that out she then offered to give me an extra crazy bread or 20% off my next order but only if I brought the food back. Why not just let me keep my food since I donât want to get out for the 3rd time & offer to give me something extra next time I come through instead like literally every other restaurant out there does??? In fact that would save them money by doing that? Thatâs one less order theyâd be giving out.. These people are ridiculous. She said itâs bc they have to document it but yet the first time the lady went straight to the trash can to throw it away so why not just write down you did? Since itâs trash anyways. Make it make sense....
   Read moreNormally, I don't leave reviews, but considering the experience I had when speaking with the manager about my concerns I felt compelled to.
So, upon ordering, I was informed that I would have a "possible wait of 5 minutes" for a sausage pizza, as they were coming out of the oven. Upon arrival at the window, I was then informed that it would be a 10 minute wait from that point, as they had only 1 of my pizzas available. Also not a huge deal, although I would have still ordered had they been upfront from the beginning. I was asked to pull around and someone would bring my order out. Being in Customer Service myself and we're in the midst of a pandemic, I took this opportunity to observe what was happening inside the store. I watched as one employee was constantly touching his face and mask and repeatedly picking up his cell phone, and never once washed his hands. An employee returned from outside, where he was smoking a cigarette, and entered the store without any facial covering and proceeded to return to the line and serve customers without ever washing his hands. I also observed my order on the counter, beginning to cool, at which point I entered the store myself to retrieve it, at which point the young lady then began to gather it and bring it outside.
I chose to call and voice my concerns to the supervisor on duty, who listened to my complaints and instead of addressing the situation or even offering an apology, proceeded to inform me why I was wrong despite my having sat there watching all of this happening with my very own eyes and how what I was describing...
   Read moreWalked into the lobby before 11 (probably 10:50) as soon as we walked in we stood there for a couple minutes, also passed three employees on the way inside the store.(None of them mentioned that the lobby was closed) The girl looked at two other employees on the inside and said, âI thought yâall locked the doors?!â Then she stated that the inside was closed and we had to go through the drive-thru. If the inside is closed after 11, thereâs still no excuse for them to not do my order as we were inside before 11, no note was posted, no store hours that said any different. If itâs only drive-through after a certain time, those times should be adjusted and reflected adjustments should be visible on their websites, google maps, clearly posted store hours and notes on the door if necessary. The lady was rude! Trying to teach my children proper procedures and protocols in life, with everything, but whatâs the point when we followed and yâall didnât?!
