Owner is very rude and attitude of something which i dont know. Do not go here any kind of work coz they assume a lot on work. When i went there and wanted some photocopy i gave copies i have she told me its 2.75 for 10 photo set i had 4 so technically 2.75* 4 =11 +Tax but this lady try to charge $23 plus tax. When i ask how come its this much both owner husband and wife jump to my face and arguing with me. I said it is your resposibility to tell customer ahead of time how much it will cost rather at the end. I have to give 1 star coz i dont have option in negetive if i had that i would give this place -100. Coz owners have so much attitude and one more thing they told not come here . I said i dont want to the place where people dont respect their customer. Totally run down place, overpriced. Please dont go here for any thing there is other store in town. My father had passed away and we found some old photos of him that were very worn. We looked up restoration companies and found South Hill Gallery. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes that the photos could be restored to a better look, but wanted to give it a try. Carey took our photos and told us it would be about a week before they were ready. When they were ready, we went by to pick them up and when Carey showed us what she had done to the photos to restore them, I was speechless. This is definitely one of the best framing/photo "repair/therapy" businesses in the Lexington area, the best for service and price I have ever experienced. I used them five years ago to frame some photos and was totally satisfied; this time I brought in a very old photo that needed special care. They shared their expertise, showed me options and actually advised me to take a less expensive option than I initially asked for - in order to best preserve my vintage sports photo.
