Spencer's — Local services in Lexington

Three stars because I found what I wanted at my price point. Minus two stars directly because of one individual employee who's attitude almost made me put my purchases back and leave without them. This individual was a heavier set woman with straight, dark shoulder length hair and was setting up a display in the store around 9/21.

Management really needs to coach this individual on how to appropriately talk about other businesses. If she cannot be an adult and recommend a business without letting her attitude (which I can see why she had an issue with the owner of Botany because this employees attitude was hostile and if her attitude was better she wouldn't have been treated that way.) I will never go to Kings Vape like she suggested, purely because I would not want to give another business my money based off of the attitude problem of another when I've never had an issue with Botany and have always talked to those people sensibly. The way this employee talked was completely unprofessional. You do not simultaneously say you get it as a business owner and then say "you don't care what happens to them", because then that tells everyone that the issue was you and your attitude.

Before purchasing here I'll make sure she's not present as her entire interaction was off putting and her attitude made it seem like I was a problem for liking a company that I do. I will not be made to feel like that by someone who cannot keep her attitude and...

I've always loved this store, until today. One of the staff was very hateful. Don't ever pick up a shirt and try to see the sizing because she will ask you for it (while you are looking at it) so she can fold it.
