Ever since new management took over, the Sports Center has gone completely downhill. The HVAC hasn’t “worked” since at least April 2024 and “employees” state it’s broken. Clearly nothing has been done to repair it—or it could have been fixed within 5+ months. Upon entry, begging for correct change? YOU set the prices for entry, you knew you’d need change for cash entry fees. You should have been prepared for giving back change. There’s no reason for YOU to be snippy with paying customers who don’t have correct change-that’s on the location to provide. And the horrifically disgusting sanitary conditions of the place these days? The standard response to many paying customers walking in recently was “it costs a lot of money to run this place”. Well if you’re not going to fix the HVAC, the least you could do is clean the court floors. They haven’t been cleaned in months and months. Currently on my 4th soaking of a (formerly) white jersey trying to get it clean after playing there. This round is borax. Hope it works. And I surely hope you new managers stop putting profit over customer service, cleanliness and common decency. Because all of that has gone out the window. You were nothing but RUDE to everyone all this past weekend—even YELLING at girls walking in with backpacks in spandex and hoodies (as it was chilly and raining) making them prove they were players—seems a bit excessive when you’ve already screamed at grandma for not having correct change.

After spending hundreds of dollars at the complex this weekend for the 7th grade state tournament, the owner approached my 13 year old in the concession area, making him take his chicken nuggets outside on the sidewalk in the 20 degree temperatures to eat. We doordashed McDonald's & paid double because the boys had been there all weekend with very limited concessions available. It is VERY inconvenient to leave, so did we want to pay $30 for McDonalds? Absolutely not. We would've much rather eaten at the concessions provided, but teenagers usually don't care much for chicken salad sandwiches & it was not feasible for them to leave in fear of missing a game if it started early. I just feel the owner was beyond rude & very unprofessional, he should've found an adult to speak to. The facility itself is rundown & quite janky. Ceiling tiles missing in bathrooms, uneven floors, broken fountains, amongst other things. I would hope their priorities would improve from worrying about food & drink to the safety of their patrons. I'm sure there will be some rebuttal to the review I'm leaving, but the bottom line is - if you don't allow outside food or drink, up your concession game with the tons of money you took in over this weekend & fix some broken things. These boys played long, hard, games & they deserve a bit better treatment.

The facility is very spacious and nice, however some of the staff is very rude. There is a very over weight woman who’s supposed to keep track of the games, but doesn’t. She eats through out the games and rarely pops up her head to keep score. Most of the time it is the refs who tell her the information. I politely went up to ask a question. Then that rude woman began yelling and protesting before I could even speak. She is very rude and unprofessional, but the refs are wonderful. They told the lady to stop screaming and cussing and handled the situation very well. Would recommend not coming here just so you wouldn’t have to deal with this woman. The refs also added that she has a history of being rude with everyone. If I were sport center I would fire that disrespectful woman.

A wall-to-wall competitive space for the areas middle school B-Ballers to shoot and win the KBC tournaments held at the beginning of the year. When cold weather seek to sully up the activities we covet, enter the convergence of talented youths who are all about the one prize. A unique trophy and the rites to brag openly about the elimination tournie perched and stabled in this huge complex to get right to the business and venue at hand. The Women too play volleyball here and with competitive fire dig and volley the ball to a thunderous spike, scoring a swag-tastic well excited match point. These contests are equally exciting and conveniently tauted at this great venue. Parents come root your future athletes on. This place has excellent concession food and drinks. Not to pricey for a tasty treat as the games unfold. Great staff, even better refs and coach staff that produce a very quality venue to shine many a talent these kids portray. A one time home of TBT, a one million dollar winner takes all basketball tournament. Hope to see you there, and still more, good luck to the youths as they ball out of...
