I like the store and all its catering toward my geeky heart, but I do not appreciate their rewards card. I honestly forgot about it, and realized I was being charged $12 (I'm rounding up) each month. When I finally tried to cancel, the lady on the phone said I was to not cancel and that it would be dropped to $5. I told her no (again), and said I wanted it canceled. This time she said ok, like it was her or FYE's option for me to cancel or not. This is terrible service if she is forced to say this to customers on top of it sounding like my bank...

This place has a nicely sized location with tons of music, movies and other goodies that will peak your interests, at some decent prices.
