I'll give the important stuff 1st & my story 2nd. First left me say I'm a computer guy, but I know absolutely ZERO about cars.

I dealt with Shawn at Ultimate Audio, who's patience, understanding, helpfulness, honesty, friendliness & professionalism knows no bounds! Shawn graciously corresponded with me via email up to & after the appointment. He answered every question and/or concern I had & never once made me feel as though I was a burden.

My new car stereo is a touchscreen with a dashcam & backup cam that needed too be integrated. Shawn absolutely nailed the alignment on both cameras perfectly!

The staff at Ultimate Audio are outstandingly friendly, honest & they are very reasonable on pricing. This is definitely one of the few businesses you can take comfort in knowing you are never going to be overcharged, nor be concerned about whether the job was done right.

I had to have a Eonon head unit installed, this included a dashcam & backup cam, that both integrated into the head unit. I also needed steering wheel controls too be restored if possible. With Eonon being a brand based in Asia it was not a familiar system to, well anyone. Too make this even more enjoyable, the instructions & wiring diagrams left a great deal to be desired. Having had a VERY bad experience with a Squad of Geeks in the past, I was concerned of having a repeat nightmare.

PLEASE do yourself, sanity, car & wallet a favor, just GO TO ULTIMATE AUDIO!!!  These guys are absolute high caliber Pros!

Your only regret will be NOT going there! Trust me as someone who used a national chain store's installation service on a previous vehicle & regretted it everyday. You don't realize how depressing & frustrating having a botched installation is, until you are forced too see it every single time you get in your car! Now, I get in & immediately think to myself "OMG this is awesome!" & I literally haven't felt that way in 3 years! THANK YOU SHAWN & THE ULTIMATE...

I just left Ultimate Audio and wanted to go ahead and post a review about my experience. I had some car audio work done a couple of years ago at Custom Car Stereo in Charleston, SC. Recently, I had this odd problem where my front door speakers went out, but the tweeters in the dash still worked. I knew it had to just be a short somewhere, but I didn't feel like looking for it myself. I took it back to Custom Car Stereo when I was in Charleston one day, and they said I could take it up to their Columbia location. They said that if it was a short, then it would cost about $80 for them to check it out, but they kept saying that "the speakers were probably blown." That really bothered me, because I have some nice JL speakers hooked up to an Alpine digital amp. I have never had any friends blow their JL speakers out; I knew it couldn't be right, and I felt like they were trying to set me up in advance to be ripped off. Soooo, I called Ultimate Audio and they got me in a couple days later. I dropped off my car at 10AM and they finished my car by noon, and they ONLY charged me $20!!!!! It was fast, cheap, and honest!! They have earned my business for life, and I would recommend...

Had a Kenwood DNX HD system with a 12" Sub and amp installed in my car here a few years ago. Head unit fried itself due to inadequate heat ventilation about 2 years later. Sub box seemed to not be secured at all and constantly having to readjust it every few days so it didn't disconnect from the amp. Also had aftermarket HIDs with ballasts installed by them before I had the aforementioned issues. I drove about a mile down the road until the right bulb stopped working. Upon inspecting, they left my ballasts completely unsecured leaving them free to move about and bounce off anything near them. I called, guy told me the install wasn't the problem and it was the kit I bought. Yeah, okay. I got the kit working an hour later with a much more secure and much more professional looking install at home, should have saved the $100~ I spent to do that. Not sure if I got the one careless employee there who did the work either one or both of the times. Considering how highly rated this place is, I expected much better at the time and I have personally seen much better work especially for the price. Hopefully things have...
