Wingstop — Restaurant in Lexington

This place is a joke. I have ordered from their app 4 times now including this even. EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN WRONG. Tonight was the icing on the cake though because I literally didn't get one single item I ordered. Several other reviews talk about "hoping a manager sees this" HAHAHA That is hilarious. The one "manager" from Tonight has ZERO managerial skills, ZERO people skills, ZERO knowledge of the job obviously. I honestly think they just pick up random things, put it in the bag and tape a receipt to it. The "manager" had the nerve to tell me there was no order in my name and that I was lying about my receipt. My husband took the order back and showed him the receipt I "lied about" and instead of apologizing he tried to blame ut on something else. My husband ask for another manager name or the general manager and he lied and said there wasn't one. Lol. DO...

The food was yummy overall... I'm currently fighting stomach cramps.... 😭 the "voodoo fries" are disgusting... I don't know if my fries were undercooked or if they are always that gross... it was like picking up a soggy pancake... they literally just fell apart as I picked them up... I quickly pit them to the side and delved into my boneless wings! They were good!! They were still really hot and fresh after a 15-20 minute ride home (traffic was bad)!! I will try them again, but not for a few weeks... staff was friendly and quick, the atmosphere felt "rushed" even though I was the only customer in store at the time!! My suggestion is that if your family can't decide what's for dinner... try this place the food was good, with exception...

We ordered our at food at 1:49pm on the app, we arrived and told the guy our name (he acted like he didn’t want to be there and never told said anything else to us) and waited for our food while another guy who ordered when he arrived got his in less than 10 minutes. We finally got our food and our hot honey rub tenders were cold and covered in melted butter which was the only taste they had and my hot honey fries looked like they had hot honey seasoning but tasted like lemon pepper. We had the tenders remade and they also came back out tasting like lemon pepper. The mango habanero tenders were terrible my boyfriend spit it out and we left right after that. The restaurant was...
