Additional update: 5/22/24 The reply from this owner is completely false. It took 2 weeks to even get a hold of someone to have them come and look at a defectively sold item. Then, once checked, an additional period of time, which is underatandable, to order and fix. The multiple calls by myself to find resolution to an appliance that was defective upon plugging in was unprofessional. My reviews of any business are always truthful to help any future customer. Nice try Walters. Update- It took about two weeks to get a call back to repair the oven. Finally was able to get someone out and it had a bad lower element. They ordered one, and replaced at no cost to me. My original posts still stands that this is a buyer beware location. Im still not happy with the length of time it took to get contacted and repaired, and in all honesty, it should have been seen when they cleaned and inspected prior to putting on the sale floor.

Called the store that day, but no one there could help, they were delivering and would call back. No call back. Called the next day with no answer each time all day despite being open. Called on the 3rd day, was told he will get a hold of the manager and see what can be done to fix this and someone will get in touch.

Read moreI purchased a used refrigerator from Walter’s appliance in August which had a 30day warranty. Got the refrig home and the light inside did not work soI checked it and it wasnt screwed in. When I tightened it in for the light to come on it didn’t work and it would short out the temp light for the refrig. I contacted the store and was told there was no repair person or anyone available until the next week and someone would contact me the following Monday. I did not hear back from anyone at Walters by Friday of the following week so I called. I spoke to a young man that was very indignant that someone had said I would be contacted that Monday and wanted to know who told me that of course I did not have her name. I was then transferred to supposedly the manager. After a conversation with him regarding what was going on with the refrigerator, he said he would order a new bulb and chose not to send anyone out to see what was wrong with the refrigerator instead want me to bring it back in. I had paid to have someone bring it to my home so no I wasn’t going to pay to have it brought back to them so on August 21 I sent him pictures of the bulb because it is a special order bulb, and I couldn’t get it at Lowe’s, he said he would order it and contact me as soon as it came in. It is now October 23 I haven’t received a bulb or a call back from Walters if I could give them less than one star I would they have horrible customer service, and the people that , you speak with are not very pleasant. Read moreThis is was the worst experienc that I have ever had buying a used Refigrator! This seller was dishonest and sold a messed up refigrator to me that started proplem same day it was delivered to my home! Seller came bye and changed the part the he claimed that was the problem. Fredge worked for two Months and broken down again, I reached out to seller, no one would take my calls. Finally I got someone from the store that stated that my waranty was past so I had to spend another $300 to change the messed up part. Fredge worked for three Months and stopped working. I called someone esle to check it out, this time the guy said it would take over $800 to chage the part that was bad, I ended up paying $1400 to buy a new refigrator from Lowes yesterday. Meanwhile, The seller picked my old working freedge that only was leaking to check it out for me so I can fix it for spare but never get back in touch with me. I called several times about my own freedge that they picked up but never got the tech on phone so I stopped calling their office. I called today to complain about my terrible experience with them and also to ask for my own freedge that their tech picked up to check out for me, the guy dropped on me.
