You absolutely must stop here when you're in Lexington!! The owners and baristas are just wonderful. I love the atmosphere and all the rooms of their lovely coffee shop. I know they have selflessly put in tons of thought and time into making their place somewhere people can go to relax, enjoy excellent coffee and desserts, spend time with friends, and just be still for a moment in our busy world. It is definitely one of my favorite retreat spots anytime we are in Lexington. Expensive coffee for mediocre quality. No doubt the taste is a step above Dunkin Donuts or the ever declining quality of Starbucks .. but undeserving of an exuberant price. Needless to mention, when I asked the attendant if the coffee would be freshly brewed she stated that it was made within the hour but stored in dispensing containers. Somewhat hard to fathom that all 6-8 blends were precisely brewed within the hour. Nonetheless I ordered a small cup with a shot of espresso (cost $4.60) .. and to my dismay it was served warm. Hot freshly brewed coffee is what I anticipated but received warm and questionably fresh coffee. Three...

Really enjoyed the staff and atmosphere of this shop. It has a very friendly and family oriented feel.

I ordered three different drinks a small one shot, hot whole milk vanilla latte, iced coffee, and a medium two shot vanilla latte. The hot latte was pretty good, nice and smooth and not too sweet, ice iced coffee was alright and the iced latte was yet to be desirable. I am thinking this was just a bad drink, which happens to everyone. When I visit in the future I will stick to the hot drinks though and give their food a try as well.
