This place has a great selection. If you don’t want to go out of town for something they sell then definitely give it a try. They are overpriced but not terribly so.
BUT I won’t be back because I don’t like being followed and hassled the entire time I’m trying to shop. I’m not sure if the owner thought I was stealing or what exactly was going on. It was cold so I was walking around with my hands in my jacket and felt the need to keep taking them out to make sure the owner knew that I wasn’t taking anything. Didn’t like that feeling at all. My son was trying to show me things he liked and the owner kept interrupting us to ask how it was going. Keep in mind, we were there maybe 10 minutes total and I couldn’t count how many times this man asked me the same thing.
Here’s an idea. When a customer walks in you can say “Hi, how are you? Is there anything that I can help you with today?” If they say they’re just looking you can then say “Okay, just let me know if you need anything!” & then leave them alone. He was very helpful until I paid for them. I asked him, if these don't fit or not the ones my husband wants, can I get REFUND? He said yes! Guess what, I'm here at 2:44 pm on 127/2017, and was wanting a refund! To NO surprise, I'm told that they don't do refunds!!! To top it off, the owner didn't give me a receipt yesterday! I did a split payment, $70.00 on my debit card and $26.25 in cash! He gave me a receipt for the $70.00 debit, but not on the cash transaction. I went all the way home and realized that he didn't give me a cash receipt. Came back up town to get my cash receipt, and he had a terrible attitude about giving me a receipt!!! Standing in your store the day after Christmas, your phone rings and clearly someone was asking if your store was open. To hear the conversation between owner and employee after the phone conversation ended was shocking. The owner clearly making fun of the customer who called "for asking such a dumb question." And that was the nicest comment the owner made. Newsflash owner/jerk, your Google listing says Boxing Day may affect your hours.
