Tony's Fresh Market — Local services in Leyden Township

Well, Tony's is a market where they absolutely do try to offer "Everything under the sun", of course, this can be challenging. However, when I walk into Tony's, I immediately start seeing sale items the minute I come through the door, they have huge selections of breads, bagels, as well as a full service bakery! Did someone say Sushi?!! Yes, there's even a station where sushi has been made with a variety of selections too. For those who love making sandwiches and dips for chips there's just too much to mention because there's presliced from the deli for those on the go, and if you have a few extra minutes someone is there to slice up your exact weight. Produce galore!! Fruits and vegetables from this place and abroad, plenty of culture bakery items and plenty of packaged nuts. A whole ocean of seafood and keep moving to the beef, pork and chicken! Need something for the freezer? You name it it's in the freezer section, not too far from what I like to call "little Mexico". There you will find all the cheeses and fixings for all Hispanic appetites. If anyone is throwing a party, there's a menagerie of adult beverages from beer, wine, mixers , specialty drinks, you'd think you were in a little liquor store. Now, normally I would give 5 stars, but our economic inflation has not been nice to anyone and with that being said, you will pay for quality, but there's always lots of bargains too!! Today I had a bad experience I went in there to buy something the cashier gave me an attitude and gave another customer an attitude and he was very rude disrespectful and I never had ever had bad customer service and that person was on the Express line one thing I can say is you never ever disrespect anybody and if you don't like your job then don't be there at all that was a very big no no for me that was a worse and bad experience I had in that only location I wish they would fire that cashier I asked him to get me the store manager and he told me to get him myself and I told him that was very rude he said I do not care that is not the way you are supposed to treat customers treating customers like that may lose a lot of business I highly recommend you do not go to this one or at least go to the district manager or the person of the CEO in charge of that Tony find food I hope nobody ever ever get the bad experience that I did with that cashier at the express checkout line I will give him a thumbs down if there was no stars I will get no stars on this tony it is very bad to find someone like that working for an industry like that I have family members that work with the same company and they treat me way better and way more respectful I will go somewhere out and pay a couple of bucks more to get a great customer service then go back to that person that...

Went to Tony’s Fresh Market on Mannheim in Melrose Park today. I do not know why I even still try with this place. The service sucks. The Staff is rude and sometimes racist. Their app sucks. Very difficult to find anything on their site. Go to the store buy a pack of Ekrich Smoked Sausage with a physical coupon displayed in front of the item. Go to pay and they do not accept the coupon because it is a mfg. coupon. Ask for the Manager “Adileny”why is the stack of coupons in front of item, her response “I do not know, I do not work in stock and it will NOT be honored”. After checking my receipt, the hot dog buns were rung up wrong. It should have been $2.99 instead of $3.99. Went to customer service and the same young lady “Adileny” took care of me. I went to take a picture of the price tag for her and she met me there and tore all the price tags off. The one I purchased including around that area. Went back to customer service to meet her there again and she explained that none of those prices should be there. Why is that my problem? I wasted 30 minutes with this little girl who at the end was NOT a Manager. I have been to many Tony’s and this one is the WORST. Any suggestions to a Mexican store in Franklin Park to substitute this...
