My wife found out about the Arc Hydrotap from Zipwater and the minute she described it to me I knew I wanted it. The team was super patient with us with all the initial queries, multiple facetime calls, and questions about installation and plumbing. Today we finally got our tap installed and we could not be happier. The entire experience has been nothing short of extraordinary especially with Billy who helped us make the decision and Matt who did our install. We already love our tap and look forward to using it well into the future. I personally am looking forward to not having to lug in my bottles of water and remember to put out my old bottles. A fear we all have about buying fancy devices like Hydro Tap is that if anything goes wrong the options for repair are slim to none. I'm happy to report that this is not the case here in the Bay Area with Darrell who is Hydro Tap's local rep. He came by and re-set the initial settings, showed me how to keep track of things, and the sent me a new faucet filter which made the regular water delivery work much better. I LOVE my Zip hydro tap. The water comes out pipping hot and instantaneous. The cold water has no aftertaste and is refreshingly clean. My favorite feature is the Sparkling which my family all enjoys. It is cold, sparkling and delicious. The customer Service at Zip USA is 100%. Anthony and Marcey both answered all my email questions and even came in person to my home to inspect the system install. Anthony graciously showed me programing buttons, and spent time checking that all was working to perfection. Cannot express how awesome the Zip USA team...
